The Blueair 3450i air purifier is designed for rooms up to the size of 103m², this means it is suited for larger rooms and is the most powerful model to come out to date. With 5 bespoke colours to choose from, a control app and voice activation this purifier is at the top of the industry.
Ultra Quiet
At the 3450i's lowest speed it runs at just 23 dB, then at its top speed the 3450i runs at 50 dB whilst only needing 38 Watts of power. The 5 modes include 3 generic speeds, auto and night mode. Night mode is unique because not only does it run quieter, but the LED display dims to ensure your sleep isn't affected by noise or light.
Control Flexibility
The added convenience of wifi options and Amazon Alexa or Google Assistance for hands-free voice commands makes this the easiest purifier to use. Blueair has upped the purifying game with a compatible app that allows you to have full access to your purifier anywhere. The app allows you to child lock, change modes, see ETAs on when your room will be clean and see the overall quality of air in your home. Smart geofencing has been added to the app which means your purifier will go into standby when you leave the house to save electricity and turn back on automatically when you are near home again.
Easy Maintenance
Algorithms called real track have been designed to track the longevity of your filter, through calculations of fan speed and air quality. This algorithm can prolong your filter by up to +50% (9 months) depending on usage and air quality, saving you money in the long run. Blueair has not only thought about control flexibility and appearance but also the simplicity of changing your filter. When it's eventually time to change your filter, easily twist the top of the unit anticlockwise and push the fabric down to unveil the filter.
Maximum Filtration
Apart from the amazing features and added benefits of this purifier, it has an outstanding filtration system. Like its siblings, it has a 3 stage filtration process; with stage 1 being the outer fabric sleeve. The main job of the outer sleeve is to catch larger dust particles and hairs and the sleeve can be easily removed, washed or replaced with a different colour variant. Stages 2 and 3 are handled by the infamous HEPASilent technology in the main cartridge, it uses a combination of both particle and carbon filtration with activated coconut shell carbon and non-woven polypropylene fibres. The LED light system allows you to easily maintain the correct air quality with a simple lights key: blue is optimal, green is good, orange is poor and red is extremely polluted air.
