For high value items costing £300 and over, DPD have introduced a process where the consumer must provide a unique 4 digit PIN code to the driver to enable the driver to release the parcel to them. This only applies to orders from the UK mainland.
This process can be enabled for customers at account or SLID level.
An SMS number or Email address MUST be provided in the data for the PIN Code to be allocated.
