Effective Contaminant Filtration
The Blue Pure 411 excels at removing a wide range of pollutants from the surrounding air supply, and it can effectively trap particles down to 0.1 microns in size.
Therefore, it reduces the pollution levels of many common contaminants, including:
- PM1, PM2.5 and PM10 particles
- Dust, pet dander, pollen and mould
- Odours, smoke and VOC’s (Volatile Organic Compounds)
- Bacteria and viruses
Advanced Three-Stage Filter
To remove so many pollutants, the Blue Pure 411 uses a three-stage method that starts with a pre-filter and ends with Blueair’s unique HEPASilent™ Combination filter that completes 2 stages at once.
- Pre-Filter - Captures large dust particles and hairs to ensure optimal usage of inner filter layers.
- HEPASilent™ Combination Filter - Combines particle and carbon filtration together to remove 99.97% of all particles such as dust, pollen, mould spores, odours and smoke.
For best results, Blueair recommends cleaning the pre-filter regularly and replacing the HEPASilent™ Combination filter every 6 months.
Additionally, the HEPASilent technology has been independently tested at RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) to achieve the HEPA H13 filtration grade according to standard EN-1822.
High Clean Air Delivery Rate
Rounding out the filtration package offered by the Blue Pure 411 is the ability to alter the fan speed. There are a total of four settings available, and the highest level, “3”, offers the best filtration performance.
When used on the “3” setting, the Blue Pure 411 can produce CADR’s of:
- Pollen CADR: 220 m3/h
- Dust CADR: 200 m3/h
- Smoke CADR: 180 m3/h
Additionally, in rooms sized 36 m², it can complete two full air changes in an hour. A feat that is aided by its 360° air intake design.
Quiet & Efficient
Beyond its exceptional performance, the Blue Pure 411 is quiet when active, and its HEPASilent™ filter produces 10% less noise than traditional HEPA filters.
While operating at its lowest fan speed, it only produces 18 dB of noise. That’s equivalent to the sound of rustling leaves, making it suitable for use at night time.
Matching those quiet noise levels, the Pure 411 is also very power efficient. When active, it only requires a maximum of 10 watts of power. As a result, it’s cheap to run, even for extended periods.
Certified Allergenic Relief
Lastly, the Blueair Blue Pure 411 is certified by multiple industry bodies, including AHAM (Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers and Energy Star.
